The Story
Tanmeet Sethi, MD, is a multifaceted professional: an integrative physician, author, speaker, and thought leader in wellness and integrative health. Her business is built around providing personalized integrative medical care to patients suffering with complex health issues. She also has a heart for sharing knowledge around mindfulness, healing, and the therapeutic use of psychedelics. When we first met Tameet, we were instantly in love with her mission, her fierce yet gentle spirit, and the tenacity of her South Asian roots. We knew from the moment we met her that she was a force to be reckoned with, the exact kind of changemaker we at Fearless love to work with.

As Tanmeet approached the launch of her first book, "Joy Is My Justice," she felt overwhelmed with what it would take to bring the presentation of her work and her brand up to the caliber of the content she was published. She was disappointed with the state of her website, and with the exception of an engaged email list, her marketing was virtually non-existent and her brand didn’t reflect the leader she was becoming. Tanmeet needed a comprehensive brand strategy to reflect her evolving role in direct client care and communicate the insights of her book. Additionally, she needed a cohesive visual brand identity, a revamped website, and a robust marketing strategy to grow her social media presence, generate buzz for her book, and secure press and promotional opportunities.

The Solution
Brand Strategy & Identity Development:
Given the robust nature of Tanmeet’s needs, the Fearless team started with a comprehensive workshop to discuss her brand. We dove deep into her ideal audience, her values and mission, and the way she helps her patients. These discussions led to the creation of her Brand Strategy —an all-inclusive document sharing everything about her brand. Some of those elements include: brand voice and persona, messaging and values, ideal client personas, mission statement, among other elements.

When that was complete, the Fearless design team took over to complete Tanmeet’s visual identity. This included the creation of mood boards, color palettes, and typography reflecting her personal style and brand feeling. Once we found consensus around the overall aesthetics, our team developed logos and packaged together the brand strategy and brand identity element all together into a cohesive brand book.

Website Design & Development: Because the most important piece of bringing the new brand to life, the next step involved beginning to map out and plan the new version of her website. This process involved a custom wireframe creation to show the flow of the website and the updated user experience. After the wireframes were approved, the Fearless team went on to draft the website copy in collaboration with the client and design mock-ups of each page of the site, leading to the final version of the website you see today.

Social Media Strategy: Upon completion of the website and brand, we were able to get started on a social media strategy to grow Tanmeet’s audience in preparation for her book launch. The Fearless social media team created a detailed calendar, planning posts leading up to the book launch, along with customized social media templates that reflected Tanmeet’s new brand. Tanmeet did not end up using the social strategy, though we did offer ongoing guidance and feedback as Tanmeet moved forward with posting under her new brand.

Branding Photography & Media Kits: With the launch of a new brand and book, Tanmeet knew it was important to have updated imagery and a media kit to promote herself and the book. The Fearless team curated mood boards and a detailed shot list to guide the chosen photographer and set the stage for future use of the imagery on the website. We developed two distinct media kits— one for PR and another for general media that she then could use to promote her work and gain press around the book release.

Lead Generation & Email Funnels: Leveraging the resources already at Tanmeet Sethi's disposal, such as quizzes and audio files, we crafted a conversion funnel specifically tailored to appeal to her ideal audience. By thoughtfully integrating these existing materials into a cohesive and engaging digital journey, we ensured each touchpoint was curated for maximum engagement and effectiveness. This approach not only streamlined her marketing efforts but also reinforced the connection between her content and her audience, paving the way for a more impactful book launch.

The Results

Tanmeet's website transformed into a seamless lead-capturing platform, effectively conveying her services, book, and speaking engagements. After launching, Tanmeet's website numbers soared. We saw a 100% increase in key metrics with over 6,300 page views- which was a significant increase in visitors.

With the confidence of an updated brand identity and website, Tanmeet was able to make more connections. Her presence grew and she was able to secure features in high-profile outlets like Oprah Daily and mindbodygreen. Tanmeet also landed collaborations with notable industry figures like Ijoema Oluo and Layla F. Saad to further underscore her elevated status.
