Fitness Foundations is a 4 week intensive training that focuses on establishing healthy habits and fitness routines. Built specifically around your personal fitness goals and weaknesses, this program will focus on improving your relationship with food, enhancing your nutritional knowledge, and learning basic workout techniques that you can integrate into your life.

The program includes once a week coaching calls to go over your health goals, virtual fitness training 3 times a week, healthy recipes, and weekly grocery and meal prep guidance. It is ideal for women that are looking for training and support as they build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle that they can maintain for the rest of their life.
