A day long event to help you unlock the potential inside your practice.

Seeing The Possible is a day-long virtual event designed for firm leaders looking to make positive and practical changes within their practice. Dustin Hostetler - Co-Founder & Visionary at Transformity Solutions

As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, co-founder and visionary of Transformity Solutions LLC, Dustin is the pioneer in applying Lean and Six Sigma concepts to public accounting firms.  Utilizing strategic thinking and starting with the client’s vision he customizes solutions for each challenge.  These solutions are focused on leapfrogging today’s problems and focusing on tomorrows solutions.  Dustin has consulted with more than 150 CPA firms over the past 10 years, including nearly half of the Accounting Today Top 100 firms. Along with consulting, Dustin has trained hundreds of firm practitioners to be certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts in conjunction with Ohio State University.

Kristin DiFalco - Founder at Viaggio Partners

Few would believe a young person would choose a career like accounting based on the great flexibility it would afford them later in life, or that one’s decisions could center on helping others, even before it was clear what their own life would look like. Kristen recognized the value of flexibility at an early age by witnessing the struggles of others. She also possessed an innate desire to problem-solve for change. For Kristen, these driving factors would ultimately lead to uncovering her purpose. In 2018, Kristen founded Viaggio Partners, a remote recruiting and staffing firm dedicated to helping CPA firms address their work compression and talent acquisition and retention challenges by connecting accounting professionals with fulfilling flexible career opportunities.

Lindsay Stevenson - Founder at Origin Evolutions

Lindsay is the VP of Tax & Finance at 1st Financial Bank USA, Founder/CEO of Origin Evolution LLC and an Intend2Lead team member. As a CPA and CGMA, Lindsay has expertise in audit, tax and finance consulting. Through Origin Evolution, she strives to help leaders uncover their organizational purpose and create cultures, strategies and client delivery methods that align with that purpose. Lindsay has been recognized by the AICPA and CPA Practice Advisor as one of the Most Powerful Women in Accounting in 2018 and 2019, one of CPA Practice Advisors’ 40 Under 40 in 2018 and 2017 and received the AICPA Young CPA Award in 2017.

Madeline Pratt - Founder & CEO at Fearless In Training

Madeline Pratt is the Founder & CEO of Fearless In Training, a creative consulting firm for female founders & entrepreneurial accounting firms. Madeline built her career at the unique intersection between, technology, sales enablement, and channel development working for companies such as Avalara, Intuit, and most recently Fathom. Today Madeline leverages her experience from working with accountants from around the globe to help firms transform their marketing, branding, and sales to stand out & attract their ideal advisory clients in an ever-changing industry.

Michael Wherry - Co-Founder & CEO at Transformity Solutions

As a CPA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and co-founder of Transformity Solutions LLC, Michael leverages his past CPA firm experience to provide factual, reliable and thorough results on client engagements. He now focuses on helping organizations leapfrog today’s problems into tomorrow’s solutions through engagements designed to fulfill the custom needs of organizations across the country. Prior to co-founding Transformity Solutions LLC Michael was a consultant with Boomer Consulting, Inc., and various Minneapolis-area CPA firms, including CBIZ MHM. He has over 20 years of public and industry accounting experience. During his time in public accounting, Michael serviced clients in various audit, tax and consulting roles. He especially enjoyed the many opportunities to work on internal process improvement and technology utilization projects, which he’s been able to leverage to provide insightful advice on client engagements.

Through one-to-one coaching, group learning and innovation labs, she helps accountants access the Dimension of Possible: the place where fear is no longer the enemy.
